Shipping and Local Delivery/Pickup

Shipping

We ship via USPS with tracking provided for every order. All orders over $100 qualify for free shipping! We offer $5 standard shipping via USPS on orders under $100. We also offer UPS Ground Shipping for a flat rate of $10. All items will be shipped out within 2 business days. For personalized items, please allow up to 2-3 weeks. If you need expedited shipping, please reach out to us before placing your order and we'll be happy to assist. Email us at info@shopellieb.com.

Local Delivery

We are pleased to offer local delivery within a 3 mile radius of our shop (1544 S. Dale Mabry Highway).  Delivery is complimentary for orders over $75. Orders under $75 will be charged a delivery fee of $5. Orders will be delivered within three business days. If you need an item sooner, please reach out to us directly.

To select local delivery, you must first enter your shipping address and click "Continue to Shipping". Then you will see local delivery as a shipping option. 

If you need expedited delivery, please contact us at info@shopellieb.com and we will be happy to accommodate your request for a small fee.

Local Pickup

We also offer local pickup. Orders placed Monday through Friday will be ready for pick up the next day. Orders places on Saturday or Sunday will be ready for pickup on Tuesday. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. If you need a quicker turnaround, please reach out to us at info@shopellieb.com.
